Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
- To Execute the site activity as per the drawing and schedule
- To Manage the site resources
Responsibilities:
- Execute the activity as per drawing.
- Submit the Material requirement in line with project requirement and schedule.
- Planning of material and manpower ahead to avoid delay.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities & program effectiveness.
- Material reconciliation weekly and stock list share to project engineer
- Administering annual Performance appraisal for all employees.
- Identify the scope of works for subcontractor.
- Vendor bill/ labour bill closing.
- Coordinate with internal team (MEP Team) for smooth workflow.
- Daily site meeting related progress
- Weekly progress report to be submitted to project engineer.
- Ensure Safety and quality. Maintain labour /material entry record.
